  • Getting started with services at Berlin Speech Therapy and Language Services is simple! Reach out using our contact form below, and we’ll be in touch to schedule a consultation. During our initial conversation, we’ll discuss your child’s needs, answer your questions and outline the best next steps for services.

  • We are a private pay speech therapy practice. We accept cash or check as forms of payment, and payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • At this time, Berlin Speech Therapy and Language Services is not in-network with any insurance plans. This allows us to focus fully on your child’s unique speech, language, and communication needs without the restrictions that insurance companies often impose.

    We are happy to provide you with a superbill so you can seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.

    We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to discuss your plan’s coverage and reimbursement policies.

  • Yes! Berlin Speech Therapy is an approved vendor with the Tri-Counties Regional Center. If you’d like to receive services through the regional center, please contact your Service Coordinator directly and request Berlin Speech Therapy and Language Services as your provider.

  • We offer a wide range of individualized speech and language services, including:

    • Early Intervention (birth–3 years)

    • Fluency Disorders (stuttering)

    • Receptive and Expressive Language Therapy

    What ages do you work with?

    We specialize in early intervention (birth to 3 years) but also provide services for preschool and school-age children. Our experience spans toddlers to teens, supporting a variety of speech, language and communication needs.

    Do you offer parent coaching?

    Absolutely! Parent coaching is a cornerstone of our approach. We believe empowering caregivers with practical tools and strategies is essential for carrying over progress made during therapy into everyday routines and natural environments.

    Do you offer teletherapy?

    Yes! We offer teletherapy for families who prefer or require virtual services. Our online sessions are interactive, engaging, and designed to ensure your child receives the same high-quality support as in-person therapy. Parent coaching and real-time feedback are integrated for maximum effectiveness.

  • Our therapy is individualized, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. We focus on building functional communication, social engagement and meaningful connections by blending expertise in speech-language pathology and applied behavior analysis. We value every child’s strengths and prioritize collaboration with families.

    How long are therapy sessions?
    Therapy sessions are 50 minutes, which allows for 45 minutes of direct therapy and a few minutes for caregiver feedback, session notes and planning. Session lengths can be adjusted based on your child’s needs and goals.
